Administrative Assistant

Russell Bond & Co., Inc. is currently seeking a take charge individual to assist our staff of professionals.  The position will report to the Vice President - Administration/Finance and work closely with the firm’s President, Vice President – General Manager and professional and administrative staff.

Responsibilities will include: making travel arrangements for numerous individuals, coordinate trade-show activities and seminars and organize social events both for fellow associates and clients.  In addition, this individual will also assist in the development of sales and marketing ads, draft press releases and update the firm’s website.  Experience with internal office policies and procedures and development of forms to accomplish those goals is also helpful.  Candidates must be flexible enough to assist with special projects and provide backup for the receptionist.


The individual must have the confidence to work with senior level management as part of the team, yet be able to work independently with minimal guidance and direction.  The ideal candidate has five or more years of progressively increasing responsibilities, a college education is desirable, strong work ethic, good computer skills, well organized and self confident.
