Russell Bond Opens New England Office

We are pleased to announce we have opened an office in Southampton MA. Barbara J. Simpson CPCU AIS ASLI ARM has joined the firm and will serve as Assistant Vice President and Manager of the New England Territory. She will underwrite binding authority Property and Casualty and related Brokerage in the territory, as well as marketing for all Russell Bond products.

Barbara has extensive experience, most recently as a regional branch manager, for another wholesaler. Prior to that, she was Northeast Regional Director for Burlington Insurance Group. Earlier she was a Production Service Manager for Wausau Insurance and started her career with the St Paul Companies.

She also currently serves as Vice President of the Pioneer Valley Insurance Group, Vice President of the Western Massachusetts Parrott Head Club, is active in the Pioneer Valley United Way as a member of the Fund Allocation Team and active in the Easthampton Chamber of Commerce.

Lara Bird in Buffalo NY has been promoted to Underwriting Assistant for that office.
