C. Lee Chase joined Russell Bond in June 2003 as Operations Manager. He has over 30 years industry experience including insurance management and supervisory positions in commercial lines and personal lines, processing services, underwriting, marketing and portfolio analysis with a large insurance company.

Lee earned a BA from the State University College at Buffalo and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is an instructor for CPCU, IIA and other insurance courses and holds the CPCU, CIC, ARM and ASLI designations.
