Jeff Latke, Assistant Vice
President & Senior Underwriter, joined Russell Bond in September, 1987. He began
his insurance career with Commercial Union Insurance. He is the senior member of
the Binding Authority Team with responsibilities for General Liability,
Property, Umbrella, Inland Marine and Excess Employers Liability.
Jeff has earned the
Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) designation and has attended the
