Liz O'Donnell, Broker / Business Development Specialist, joined Russell Bond in August 2005 specializing in the placement of large Property & Casualty brokerage accounts.  She also assists in Business Development, operating from Syracuse, NY.

Liz has over 20 years of both retail and wholesale Excess & Surplus Insurance underwriting and management experience throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast with firms in New York and North Carolina.

She holds the CISR designation and is working on her CIC.  She attended LeMoyne College.  Inspired by her son, she volunteers time with families of children with disabilities and serves on her local Little League Baseball Board.
