Mark M Palmisano, CPA CMA ASLI

Mark joined Russell Bond in January, 1995.  He currently serves as Senior Vice President.

Mark is also a partner in Access Funding LLC, offering Insurance Premium Financing, primarily through insurance brokers.

Mark's duties include responsibility for financial management, information technology, strategic and operational planning, financial analysis of new business opportunities, human resource administration, and facilities management.

Mark holds a BS and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also carries the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).

Prior to joining Russell Bond, he served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Canisius College as well as in a number of capacities within the Diversified Financial Services Group of a major bank, including Vice President and Manager of Acquisitions & Analysis as well as Director of Subsidiary Operations.

Mr. Palmisano has served in various capacities as a volunteer in youth hockey in Western New York.  Previously he served as Director of the Buffalo Chapter, Community Associations Institute; past Director and President of the Audubon Association, past Director and President of the Audubon Development Corp. and Director / CMA Programs, Buffalo Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
