Nancy Cooley, CPCU ASLI

Nancy Cooley Foerster, CPCU, ASLI joined the Russell Bond team in August 2004 as Production Broker. Her focus is Healthcare, Malpractice and Environmental.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience with insurers and both retail & wholesale brokers. She started her career in Buffalo in claims and then moved to New York City where she worked for two different retailers; one in their Medical Malpractice programs for doctors, hospitals and nursing homes and the other in various capacities, servicing and marketing all lines of property and casualty.

A graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she earned a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1989, Associate in Surplus Lines (ASLI) in 2005 and is near completion of her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation. She is a member of Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). She is a past director & officer of the Buffalo Chapter of the CPCU society.
