Susan O’Brien, is an Underwriter focusing on Binding Authority: Commercial Auto, Garage Risks and Workers Compensation.  

She began her business career in 1985 managing retail stores.  In 1995, Susan entered the insurance industry as an agent for a direct writer. She later joined a retail agency with an emphasis on Personal Auto.  Susan joined Russell Bond in 2001 as an Assistant to the Commercial Auto Team.  In 2004 she was chosen to form a new Production Team that was needed to meet the demands resulting from the tremendous growth being experienced in Commercial Auto, Garage and Workers Compensation.

Susan completed the ACSR program in 2004 and earned the Associate in Surplus Lines (ASLI) designation in 2007.  She has attended numerous AAMGA Auto / Trucking Seminars and is also pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business at Empire State College.
